SoCal Edison ECC Energy Efficiency/Sustainability Paid Intership

Dear ECC Graphic Design Students:

I would like to announce the inaugural Southern California Edison – El Camino College Energy Efficiency / Sustainability Internship. Two students will be selected to intern for both the Spring 2010 and the Fall 2010 semesters. Please encourage your design students with a passion for energy efficiency and sustainability issues to apply for this scholarship. The application is available on line at http://www.elcamino.edu/studentservices/sjpc/students.asp and needs to be submitted along with a resume to me at Student Job Placement Center by Monday, March 1, 2010 – noon.

HAITI POSTER PROJECT

El Camino College is contributing to a charitable cause by supporting and collaborating in the HAITI POSTER PROJECT. Multiple El Camino College professors are supporting and encouraging students to submit their design to this worthy cause by offering it as an optional assignment or part of the curriculum. The Haiti Poster Project is calling for entries and we encourage you as artist or designer to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.
